(Original is particularly worth examination, revealing a 20 year Belgian patent registered on 3 March 1855, revealing the inventor Piret, otherwise not showing up, and revealing the detail of "Prussia", which we may want to distinguish(?), being that some years of historical note pre-date German unification. The date 27 March 1855 seems properly to be filing date by way of "verbal process".
(Regarding number of diagrams, there seem to be three, though they are not numbered, and the impression is abstract in the extreme.
