Patent ES-1910-49495
As is often the case when dealing with Spanish patent data accessed via Espacenet, the data is quite limited. Based on our experience when cross-referencing the "priority date" given next to the Spanish patent in the inventor-name-based results display, we have reason to suspect that the data is the Spanish patents filing date, and not the the internationally recognized "priority date". In this case, the patent is likely analogous to Patent FR-1910-424373, which mentions Marie Jasogne as well as Theodor Dobresco and therefore offspring of what we have temporarily designated as Patent BE-1909-12-24 Marie Jasogne and Theodor Dobresco. This latter has a "perfectionnement" which we have elsewhere designated as Patent BE-1910-09-19 Marie Jasogne and Theodor Dobresco, to which Patent GB-1911-9926 also makes reference.
