[Previous entry at this page identified this number patent as the "Pesana bird ship patent", but Latipat-Espacenet and Sáiz think it's different (having little information but the inventor, name, and date). See Patent ES-1864-2622. Also not sure what's the basis for calling this one not granted. Possibly the Spanish rule that a patent must be demonstrated within one year, creating confusion?]
