Not sure why this is classified under CPC B64B1/00 (general LTA) because it seems the inventor is trying to describe an airship that can move horizontally and vertically without a gas balloon. Though some of the technical terms (Ringlager?) are a little opaque it seems the intent is to power the aircraft's movement by means of a primary Windflügel (i.e. wind vane).
