“This is an apparatus with wings oriented towards lift animated by a movement of vertical come-and-go of a speed such that a pressure of lift air moves contsantly on their bottom surface. The movement of propulsion is the result of the weight of the apparatus and of the pressure of the air which acts on the wings and which is created by the movement forward.”
