That is, "The vertical propeller is replaced by a horizontal propeller of which the central point of traction is behind the aircraft's centre of gravity".
(This should have the effect of gravity acting in favor of forward momentum, while lift from the propeller compensates and maintains elevation.)
(traction, per se, is key in this case in that the "pull" doesn't act directly in terms of propulsion, per se, but in terms of ascension. This is suggestion of helicopter.)
