“This aerial navigation device comprises the aerostat and the nacelle, the frame embracing the said aerostat, the frame of airplanes(planar surfaces) between the aerostat and the nacelle in which are arranged the horizontal airplane(planar surface) and the vertical airplane(planar surface) or rudder, thrusters suitable for actuating the machine and device for moving or maintaining the center of gravity of the machine.”
