Maurice Mallet, (1861–1926), was an aero inventor, and an aero illustrator, in general and for L'Aérophile. He was a co-founder of Mallet, Mélandri et de Pitray which became Ateliers de constructions aéronautiques Maurice Mallet which became the organization we have designated as Zodiac Aviation.[1]

Vice-president of the Chambre Syndicale des Industries Aéronautiques.

Director of the "Société française des dirigeables" (does not seem to be a well-known organization; mentioned in a blurb in L'Aérophile mentioning Mallet's participation in the 11th Paris Motor Show.)[2]
