Markham and Prance was a firm of consulting engineers in London, specializing in aeronautics.

According to a blurb in Flight:

One of the earliest firms in this country to take up consulting work in connection with aeronautics was Messrs. Markham and Prance, of Dudley House, Southampton Street, Strand. Three and a-half years ago we referred to the fact that they were open to obtain Wright or Voisin machines; and although times have changed since then, the firm keep themselves thoroughly up to date, and, as they do not hold any agency for any particular machine, they claim to be able to give unbiased advice, and to furnish any type of make desired.[1]
