Marcel Armengaud was a civil engineer in Paris, a member of the Société française de navigation aérienne, and presumably a member of the Armengaud family (although not one of the Armengauds aînes or jeunes so often seen as patent agents).
A person of this name was listed as a collaborator of the Ligue Nationale Aérienne in 1910.[1]
