Josef Řehulka was an aero inventor from Osek on the Bečvou, Moravia (then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire; now part of the Czech Republic; see w:de:Osek nad Bečvou).
Řehulka applied for a patent in Great Britain on 18 February 1904 (#4086, "Flying machine").[1] This application might have been denied for some reason
