Henry Hughes was a New Zealand patent agent located at Queens Chambers opposite the Post Office in Wellington.[1] Baldwin & Rayward used to be part of Hughes's firm, which was called Hughes, Rayward, & Baldwin.[2] A branch office was located at 103 Queen Street in Auckland.[2]
