Eugène-Bernard Hélénus was an aero inventor, a mining engineer, associated with many addresses, and ultimately, at the time of his aeronautic patent registration, Paris (22, rue des Petits-Hôtels, Seine). He was innovatively prolific, beyond the field of aeronautics.
