Hanson Cleveland Coxe was an American author on the subject of French law and commerce. A Hanson C. Coxe, apparently the same person, was frequently been a witness on aero patents also. He may have been an expert on patents. We do not know that he had any particular connection to aero technology.
Coxe authored a 292-page book called the Manual of French Law and Commercial Information which was published in 1902.[1]
