Belgian patent agent Raclot is coming up increasingly within our data, representing a few different inventors, Belgian and French, thus far in our data. He was himself based in Brussels. "Raclot et Cie" is almost definitely the same entity.

This is quite possibly "H.

The "M." in "M. Raclot et Cie" is quite possibly an abbreviation of "Monsieur".

There seems to be no direct connection to the French inventor Jules Raclot.
