The First Pan-American Aeronautic Congress is considered a foundational event in inter-American aviation. It led to the formation of the Pan-American Aeronautic Federation and to the establishment of regional aeronautics regulations. It was attended by representatives from Argentina, Bolivia, Ecuador, the USA, Peru, Paraguay, and Uruguay.[1]
