It seems that Dominique-Antoine Casalonga was the founder of the Casalonga house of patent agents. He was also an author and publisher of books and periodicals related to patents.

Beginning 1878, Casalonga published La Chronique industrielle, describing industrial developments, with a focus on new patents and industrial property law.[1] He was an engineer with a specialty in thermodynamics.

Dominique-Antoine Casalonga died in 1903 and the office was taken over by his son Doumé Casalonga, plausibly though a little confusingly the same as the agent called Dom. Casalonga.[2]

See his list of publications at BNF which includes a series of potentially useful pamphlets on patent laws in Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, USA, etc.
