Count Wladimir Skorzewski

We have little on this inventor other than his work on the capacities of steady ascensional balloon force and-or rapid balloon descension, all facilitated via the use of multiple ballonets, which seem to have been of the hydrogen variety. He is treated as “Compte Wladimir Skorzewski” of Czerinejewo, Bromberg, West Prussia.[1] He is also treated as “Gróf Skorzewski Wladimir”, that is “Count Wladimir Skorzewski” while simultaneously being described as a “Magánzó”, which has bourgeois as opposed to noble implications.[2]
