Chessborough Henry James Mackenzie-Kennedy was a young Scotsman with some technical education who came to St Petersburg, Russia on his own to work.
He was an aero inventor, of a pusher biplane, 1912; other biplanes? At outbreak of WWI left Russia for the UK, hoping to obtain business there.
Started perhaps in 1909, ended in Russia perhaps 1914.
