We don’t expect this to come up often. Thus far, we have it in connexion with an “eyelet”, with the Swiss patent Patent CH-1911-57092 being equal to the French Patent FR-1911-426850, which latter uses the classification FR 5.3. This invention in question has direct and intentional aero-applicability, though also other applicability. The non-aero-specific classification is even rare than the Swiss, since, almost whenever possible, French patents of even partial aero-applicability, were streamlined towards patent classification FR 6.4. This classification pertains to highly precise mechanical items, quite handy, and practical, when applied to aviation, or otherwise. It doesn’t address aeronautically conceptual broadstrokes.
