This is presently our only source on Belgian patent catalogue data pre-dating that covered within the RdBdI. (These latter are refined enough, and are onhand at various archival facilities, but they have not been digitized. The Archives numérisées of Accès aux brevets belge - Toegangen op de Belgische brevetten offer the most antique data, priority-digitized due to the fragility of the physical volumes themselves. There are also strong indications that the Belgian patent system, along with the nation itself to some extent, was in a state of administrative formation during the years covered by this material.
As yet, we haven't found any outline on Belgian patent classifications pre-dating the systems explicated within the RdBdI. We see a system in formation.

Actual paging through requires registration within the system. The most antique actual content is in French, though the blocs of paginated data are titled in Dutch.
