Alberto Leopoldo Salinas Carranza

Alberto Leopoldo Salinas Carranza was the first head of the Mexican Arma de Aviación Militar and linked Escuela Militar de Aviación in Mexico City.
He was the nephew of Venustiano Carranza who was president of Mexico. Their hometown is now called "Cuatrociénegas de Carranza".
He attended the Moisant Aviation School with his cousin Gustavo Salinas.[1]
