The Aero Club of Pasadena was organized on 29 Jan. 1910.

At the organizational meeting of the aero club, a board of directors was elected and they chose the officers: Col. W. G. Hogan, president; D. M. Linnard, and Walter Raymond, vice presidents; Kingsley Stevens, secretary; Frank V. Rider, treasurer; and Clifford R. Harmon, honorary president. 75 members in June 1910.
