The Aéro Club du Luxembourg or Aero Club of Luxembourg was founded on 16 Nov. 1909. It aimed to contribute to the development of aerial locomotion through encouraging manufacturers and aviators and organizing conferences and competitions.
The initial officers included Camillo Brasseur as president and Jules Schaul as secretary. There were 110 members in 1911.
