An aero club was formed in French Indo-China no later than September 1910. Members were considering arranging an aeroplane race from Saigon to Paris.[1]

An announcement was published in Flight of 27 April 1912 announcing the formation of an Aero Club in Indo-China:

Following the enthusiasm aroused by the flights of a Blériot machine at Saigon, an Aero Club has now been formed there, with the Duc de Montpensier as President of Honour; the chief object of the club being to do all in its power to advance the cause of aeronautics in the French colonies.[2]

(Not enough information here to know the relationship between the 1910 and 1912 incarnations.)
