This refers to a web page at INPI (France) where searches of historic patents are possible. It does not seem feasible to make stable hyperlinks to the underlying patent records directly ; the link won't work except in the browser session that did the search.

Here's the link: http://bases-brevets19e.inpi.fr/index.asp?page=rechercheAvancee

Originals, displayed as high-quality "dossiers", are only sporadically available. Each "fiche documentaire", and these are more universally present, displays a "Mot clé moderne", such as "AEROSTAT ET AEROPLANE", as well as a "Mot clé historique", such as "AEROSTAT", as applicable to whichever patent. These are "keywords" in the sense of overall classification, which may or may not be in the title or text of the individual patent. To the best of out knowledge, any displayed "classe" is contemporaneous. These are not formulated or projected a posteriori.
